Team Loinaz Lussich
Luis Alberto Lussich Jiménez De Aréchaga
Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the Universidad de la República in 2009. Master of Law and Tax Regulations, Graduate in International Tax Law and Financial Investment Management at Universidad de Montevideo.
Founder of the firms Lussich Jiménez de Aréchaga & Asociados and Loinaz Lussich Free Zone Advisors, one of the most relevant firms in Zonamerica after a decade of operations.
He established tuna fishing companies and advised undertakings in the Patagonian toothfish market. At the same time, he is involved in and manages agricultural, livestock and forestry projects. Additionally, he manages projects in the sectors of mining, real estate, merchant and fishing ships and shipyards, call centers, software, medicine and tourism.
In 2019, he co-founded Acrecenta Corredor de Bolsa S.A., regulated by the Central Bank of Uruguay and member of the Montevideo Stock Exchange, committed to educating on savings and planning for the future, by structuring financial investment options, both in equity and fixed income, in Uruguay and abroad.
In 2020, he co-founded Let it Be Company Builders, focused on creating, generating and accompanying investment projects during all stages, encouraging investors and entrepreneurs to achieve business success.
Agustina Loinaz D’Isabella
Agustina Loinaz D’Isabella is a Doctor of Law graduated from the Universidad de Montevideo in 2010. Her main area of practice has been the development and management of investment projects in Uruguay in various sectors, such as agricultural, maritime, financial, cannabis, corporate structuring, and free trade zones.
In recent years, she has specialized in the advice, set up and initial management of companies aiming at settling in Uruguay, with special emphasis on the legal and tax promotional regimes offered by the country.
In 2017, she co-founded the medical cannabis company DORMUL S.A., acquired in 2019 by a pharmaceutical company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Until 2015, she was a partner of the firm ALS Abogados, and in 2013 she co-founded the company LOINAZ LUSSICH Free Zone Advisors.
In 2010, she worked at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, participating in numerous international arbitrations. Additionally, she is a member of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) as part of the International Taxation group.

Juan Ignacio Miraglia Balbi
Since June 2013 and within the framework of his activities at LOINAZ LUSSICH Free Zone Advisors, Juan Ignacio Miraglia Balbi has been in charge of the free trade zone office located at the Zonamerica logistic center, in the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. It is the country’s main strategic location for foreign trade and trading businesses in general.
In this sense, and with studies in economics, he has specialized in the preparation and management of business and investment projects, both relating to free trade zones and others, and their subsequent authorizations by the respective public bodies and banking entities, as well as in the planning of corporate structures.
In addition, he leads the team working on the comprehensive provision of the services offered by LOINAZ LUSSICH Free Zone Advisors to its clients from Zonamerica.
